Event format 2010 - our 75th festival!

Thursday1st.
Meet and greet at our Festival Head quarters The Royal Grosvenor from 9pm till Late

Friday 2nd
1st Games to Start 10.30 am, 11 a-side games 25 minutes one way, 3 games per day.

Evening
Disco and presentation at the Grand Atlantic Hotel - 9pm until 1.00 am.

Saturday 3rd
10.30am games re-start.

Evening
In the Winter Gardens Ballroom Your own Themed Fancy dress Ball,
Buffet served from 8.00pm. Souvenir hand outs for everyone at 8.30 pm
Disco and Live band until 1.00 am

Sunday 4th
Re-start (if you can) games at 10.30am.
Lunch time entertainment Jazz band in Marquee.
Winner’s trophy Presentation.

Evening
Back in the Royal Grosvenor for KARAOKE and Disco.

Beer Marquee, sports shop and food van available from 10.30 until 6.30 pm

All Games are 11 a-side, Men’s, Ladies and Vets sections,
Majority of games will be played on grass near the Marquee some games will be on an Astro pitch which is within 15 minutes walking distance.

Own accommodation must be arranged assistance given if needed.
Camping available at £20 per person for the weekend.

Entrance fee as a one off for our 75th Festival is £200 per squad, which includes entrance to all functions.
